Super slow order processing and delivery.

"I adore this candle scent and company. I’ve been buying PaddyWax candles for nearly 25 years. The wassail scent was my gateway into the PaddyWax collection and it’s the only candles i buy. I recently ordered from PaddyWax while visiting the US for three weeks. Unfortunately, the delivery arrived a week too late for me to bring the candles back to Europe where I currently reside. It took nearly two weeks for my order to be processed and then another week or so for shipping."

"I’ve been purchasing for 7 years now. Something is happening with the candles. $38 for (1) is pricey. When I started buying paddy wax, the throw the candle would put out would fill my home. The scent of tobacco & patchouli is the only one I purchase. I could never get them, so I would get them from Amazon. So I ordered (3) directly from paddy wax. Zero smell when lit. I put it in a 10x10 bedroom for 3 hours. NOTHING. The last one from Amazon (Paddy wax) sells on Amazon, I cubed into wax melts, clean cuts, and put them in warmers. Very soft cast of smell. This direct order from Paddy Wax took 11 days to arrive, and when I went to cube for was melts, THE WAX is very different. IMO, something has changed. Wax, scent, delivery. Quality has gone down. I get $10, but have to spend $100. Forget about it! Going to Milkhouse Candles which are Soy candles, double the amount, in glass, and they cast! Sorry Paddy Wax, another company that has farmed out the making of the candle with no quality control."
