"I ordered two mini diffusers: one with the “Fresh Air” scent and one with the “Balsam” scent, which arrived this week. I had some concerns Re the “Fresh Air” mini diffuser and messaged Paddywax through their website and via a separate e-mail. Am disappointed to report that I did not receive a response to either communication that I sent to customer service. Based on this lack of responsiveness, I don’t think I will be a repeat customer or recommend Paddywax products to anyone else."
