Great scent, bad container
"This is probably my favorite scented candle, and I've tried many. However, the container is my biggest issue. It never burns correctly and always leaves candle left on the side only allowing me to use about half the candle. I went to repurchase for the 4th or 5th time but not sure because of the container. While its pretty its poorly shaped. Please make this scent in a diff container!!"
Disappointed
"Really a bummer. First time I ordered from them it was great. Second time it was really weird. Ordered my candle and then what showed up was a completely different candle. Although the packing slip says what I ordered was delivered, so that’s weird. I’ve contacted customer service twice and nobody has answered. Really bummed. Probably won’t order from paddywax again. The candles themselves are awesome quality but the lack of communication and customer service leaves a lot to be desired, especially when you’re paying $40 for a candle."
